Facilitator Agreement

This Facilitator Agreement between Nina Ham, Principal, Success and Me Game ("Nina Ham", "I"), and the individual named on the signature page ("Facilitator", "You") outlines in principle the terms of an agreement to transfer the lifetime rights to deliver the Success and Me Game in exchange for the purchase of a Facilitator’s License. Nina Ham agrees to provide: • A Facilitator’s kit, containing Manual with Game instructions and 8-deck starter pack • 20% discount on bulk (over 20) Game deck purchases • Two-hour training in facilitating successful Game delivery • A promotional Game website listing contact information for all facilitators • Facilitators’ discussion board including Resource file of marketing materials • A refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied in any way. As a Facilitator, you agree: • To deliver the body of the Game as outlined in the Facilitator’s Manual without changes. [The only exception may be to modify the Next Steps portion of the instructions for the specific needs of a particular audience or purpose. Any modification of instructions must be consistent with the nature and standards of the Game and Success from the Inside Out.] • Not to alter, modify or reproduce any portion of the Game deck or the Facilitator’s Manual. • Not to use the Game deck for any purpose other than that outlined in the Facilitator’s Manual without the written permission of Nina Ham. • To include the trademark symbol(tm) along with the name, Success and Me: A Game of Self Discovery, or The Success and Me Game, in any representation of the Game. • Not to represent yourself as author or designer of the Game. • Not to transfer or subcontract your license.
